Wherever possible, we undertake to deliver within 3-5 days (UK mainland excluding Scottish Highlands). If delivery is to take longer for any reason, we will let you know by email or telephone within 2 working days of placing your order.
Our appointed carrier has been chosen for their diligence and efficiency. However, in the unlikely event of a delivery failure, or loss or damage in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery day by telephoning 01424 883344, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
When you sign for receipt of the goods, please write on the delivery note 'goods not inspected' and state if there is any obvious shortage, visible damage or incorrect delivery.
SunSwitch welcomes all overseas, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland orders. In some cases there may be a surcharge for delivery to these areas. If the surcharge is not added automatically to your order, we will contact you with a quotation. We will not proceed with your order until any surcharge has been accepted.
