Placing your order with us When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you to confirm that your order has been accepted, thus forming a contract between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely even that the goods are no longer available, or we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. In this case, you will not receive an email confirming acceptance of you order and there will be no contract between us. The total cost of your order will be set out clearly in your basket before you submit your payment information. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after, we accept your order. Your order can be can be made online or by telephone, using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Delta cards. In the event that payment is to be made by BACS or cheque, there is no need to enter any details online. Whichever payment option you choose, the payment is deducted when we process your order. Cheques must be in pounds sterling. Please make cheques payable to 'SunSwitch Limited' and post to Unit 3, Burnt House Farm, Broad Oak, East Sussex, TN31 6BX . We retain copies of any written order instructions for a minimum of six months. All order information, receipts and correspondence are in English. Shopping Online You must be aged 18 years or over to purchase goods from this website. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw any of our Internet services, to refuse our Internet services to any customer and amend these conditions on written notice from us at any time. To place an order, select the item you want and click 'buy'. This will display your shopping cart. At this point you can amend the quantity and click 'recalculate' to recalculate the total. Click 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' to return to the products web page you were previously on. From the products page , click the 'Checkout' icon to proceed with your order. Once everything in your basket is correct, click 'GO TO PAYMENTS' to complete your order. Enter your contact details, and click 'CONTINUE' to display a summary of your order with purchaser and delivery details. Click 'CONTINUE' to enter your card information. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the product to us, in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.  You must ensure that the goods are adequately protected against damage during transit. Please send any returns to SunSwitch Limited, Unit 3, Burnt House Farm, Broad Oak, East Sussex, TN31 6BX . We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item and the delivery costs. We will not pay your costs of returning the item to us You can expect a refund within 30 days from the date of cancellation. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them from you and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights. Faulty Goods If there is a problem with the goods we have supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.  We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. If the product is returned due to damage or a defect, we will refund the price of the item; all costs incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. Guarantee All SunSwitch products are subject to a statutory period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Availability You agree that because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Data Protection When purchasing by credit/debit card, your card details will be encrypted during the transaction process to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Delivery We will use our best endeavours to secure delivery. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for carriage to some UK postcodes.
