| Electric quartz halogen infrared heaters are
a perfect and practical way to provide warmth on balconies. In
particular, we recommend SunSwitch Weathersafe heaters
which are compact, light, unobtrusive, and can either be left
out all year round or alternatively stored away when not in use. Higher output heaters, such as the RAYZAR IP65 are perfect for larger balconies and are very stylish. |

Where wall or ceiling mounting of heaters is not possible,
clamps can be used to fix heaters
to posts, railings or parasols. These take seconds to fit and remove.
Alternatively we supply suspension kits that allow some heaters
to be suspended overhead. The Giraffa stand is an elegant, stylish
free-standing patio heater which is also suitable for use as a balcony heater. However, this may take up valuable balcony space whereas wall-mounted balcony heaters do not.
If your balcony is sheltered, there may be times
when you want to turn the heat down. In this case, we would recommend
your heater or heaters are connected to the mains via a voltage regulator, such as our CC1
Energy Saving Comfort Controller. The CC1 works just like a dimmer switch and
it allows you to adjust the output from your infrared heaters instantly, for complete comfort.
